About The Artist
Patricia Boes is a New York City based artist whose work sells to commercial and private buyers around the world. She has been a professional painter for over 20 years. Her works have exhibited internationally and have been favorably critiqued by accredited art judges.
The creation of art as a life choice began for Patricia over 20 years ago. For the past 24 years she has been freelancing, having been fortunate enough to have had dozens of commissions. She has attended The Art Students League and has achieved lifetime member status. Her preferred medium is portraiture rendered in soft pastels, either from posed sessions or from photographs. Her works have garnered numerous awards over the years, and have been included in several permanent collections. She has been published in several periodicals, and has been inducted into the National Museum of Women in The Arts “Archival File For Women In The Arts”.
At present, she is fulfilling her freelance assignments, and ever–seeking the next exhibition space.
